IC-SPR Rifle (5.56)

I’d like to thank LWRC for making this so incredibly fun to handle and shoot. It’s by far and away the nicest AR-15 on the market and handles like the silkiest smoothest machine action you ever felt. There just isn’t enough time to address it all but the ambidextrous controls are perfectly placed and gives any lefty the best AR-15 experience in the world. I’m sorry for not going better in to detail but the groups are tight and with iron sights alone you can be a formidable foe to any adversary on the job or competing. If you are looking for something expertly engineered for you than this is it. LWRC has lapped the competition and you will benefit from the experience if you own it. It will instantly become your favorite.

This is the second AR I have owned. When I saw it on display in my local shop, I immediately pulled up the LWRCI web site and began learning about the company and this particular rifle. Before I left the store, my name was on it. I traded in my Rock River AR the next morning and I brought this rifle home (after a stop at the range). This rifle has exceeded every expectation I had. It is smooth, incredibly accurate (for my eyes) and easy to handle. The ambidextrous controls are positioned in a way my fingers instinctively find them and the factory trigger is clean and crisp with an almost imperceptible reset. As a piston configuration, I’m nearly speechless. It’s much easier to clean and care for and I have personally found my accuracy is improved over my Rock River DI set up. I put a new Vortex strike Eagle 1-8X24 scope on it and added a Vortex Venom red dot on a 45 degree mount. Sighted in at 25 yards, I can drive tacks with that red dot out to 50 + yards. I attribute this success to the quality of this rifle more than my skill/eye sight. I am a true believer in you get what you pay for. Although I had to trade in a couple of firearms to justify this purchase ( Unwritten Wife Rule Number 217.65) I could not be happier. I made this purchase as an investment which I intended to use, compete with and enjoy. For an outstanding leader in the industry right out of the box, you can’t do better than LWRCI in my opinion. And just to qualify my statement, I’ve been a life long shooter, I’m retired Law Enforcement and I have extensive special weapons experience. Like I said, when people see my rifle, they ask to shoot it. And they are always impressed. Great work LWRCI, you have a customer for life.

I own two of these rifles wonderful weapon. I am looking forward to getting a 3rd one .
